Terms and Conditions for Gift Vouchers
1. Redemption
– Gift vouchers are redeemable only at Cotswold Cycles and cannot be used at third-party retailers.
– Vouchers can be used to purchase bikes, accessories, or workshop services.
2. Validity
– Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue unless stated otherwise.
– Expired vouchers will not be accepted and cannot be reactivated or refunded.
3. Partial Redemption
– If the total purchase value exceeds the value of the voucher, the remaining balance must be paid using another payment method.
– If the purchase value is less than the voucher amount, no cash or change will be given. The remaining balance will remain on the voucher presented or a new voucher with the remaining value will be issued.
4. Non-Transferable
– Gift vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
5. Lost or Stolen Vouchers
– Cotswold Cycles is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers. Replacement vouchers will not be issued.
